One late vendor can put the whole project behind schedule

You send us the plans, we send back a number
Some projects start with a walkthrough of the site. Others start with a phone call about what you need. Either way, we look at the project and send back a proposal.
We lock the specs before anything gets built
Once you approve the design, that’s what gets manufactured, in our own shop, on a schedule that matches your project.
Your space gets finished, inspected, and handed over
Installed, inspected, and ready to go, on the schedule we quoted you at the start.
The Cabinets OC difference
You're working with a licensed general contractor who coordinates the entire project under one team.

-
Built in-house. Cabinetry and millwork made in our own Southern California facility, with consistent specs across every unit.

Questions commercial buyers ask before they sign
What kinds of commercial projects do you handle?
Multi-family housing, medical and non-medical offices, and hospitality projects, including millwork, casework, and custom cabinetry for each.
Can you deliver consistent specs across a large multi-unit project?
Yes. Manufacturing happens in-house, so specs stay consistent from the first unit to the last.
Are you licensed to act as general contractor on commercial projects?
Yes, under our Class B general contractor license, which also covers coordination of the trades for your project.
What does the bid process look like?
Send over your plans and what you're looking for, and we'll put together a proposal built around them.
Do you work around an occupied building or active business operations?
Yes. We work within whatever rules the property manager sets, and we're used to scheduling around a building that's still open or operating. Off-hours work is available too, though it typically costs more than work done during standard hours.
One contract covers design, cabinetry, and every unit in between
Share your plans and what you need. We’ll build a proposal to fit.
