Do you handle plumbing, electrical, and AC as part of a remodel, or do I need to bring in my own contractors?

We handle it. Plumbing, electrical, AC, flooring, drywall, painting, and tile are all part of the same project, coordinated under our Class B license.

How long does a whole-home remodel take?

It depends on the scope. Typically, a whole-home remodel takes 4-6 months after the initial planning, design, and materials selection.

Do you handle room additions and new construction, or only remodels?

Both. Room additions and new construction fall under the same Class B license as our remodeling work.

We walk your space or review your plans, and put together a full, itemized scope and number, at no cost and no obligation.

Do I need to move out during construction?

No, we work with homeowners who want to stay in the home while it is being remodeled. We are flexible and work around scheduling and space.
